A tool that is scalable and can accommodate a large number of users but needs to improve the support it provides to its users
Regarding issues with the product, IceWarp's server runs out of space, and our organization needs to add space. The turnaround time taken is too much for any issues we raise to the tool's support team. IceWarp doesn't offer the same support to its users as Google or Microsoft. The email features, attachment features, and how quickly one can receive emails are some areas of concern in the solution. Microsoft 365 can be configured onto the mobile phone and has better integration with Microsoft Teams. For improvement, IceWarp should try to compare themselves with the other email providers like, you know, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and see if they can achieve those features to fill the gaps that they have in their tool. Also, the tool's ability to configure with mobile and the support provided for the product's operation on mobile should be improved. The tool's configuration capabilities are not straightforward. Apart from that, if I want to archive emails into a vault so that they can be retrieved again later, the integration doesn't work, and IceWarp crashes. This was something that my system engineer told me. So, that's why we have to add storage to the tool and increase the mailbox size since it does not allow or integrate with the vault.

Easy to use search functionalities but stability issues like screen freezes
The interface isn't quite good. Everything looks a little low-quality. And maybe because they just started. For example, there's network disconnection. And by the time you send an email before it is delivered, it takes a while. I've also had some clients complain that it freezes at times. So, it's frozen at times and can be a little difficult to update. And sometimes you have to uninstall and reinstall it, and all that. Fr a cloud-based service, it's not quite seamless. But the only thing is that the UI is not very user-friendly. Everything just feels clunky. It should be more user-friendly.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"An effective, functional, very good tool for controlling resources."
"The product is used very extensively in my company since we have around 1,500 users using it. Also, there is no requirement for any administrators to manage the product by the people who own the solution."
"The solution's voice services work well for our company."
"IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people."
"The groupware module is the most valuable feature."
"The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions."
"It has great communication capabilities for team chatting and web conferences."
"It's scalable and stable."
"Zoho Mail organizes your email well, and you can do a lot of things if you use other Zoho applications along with it."
"Zoho gives you a set amount of free users, so you can use it until you reach the limit and see if it's something you want to adopt. I tried it and stuck with it. Since then, I've seen a lot of improvement. I already think it's top-notch, but I believe it will become one of the best in the world."
"The most valuable features of Zoho Mail are its security, integration with cloud storage, and wide range of features available. It integrates well with Outlook and mobile devices."
"It also offers the search functionalities. For end users, the search is quite easy to use. There are a few tabs to select to find exactly what you're looking for. It's pretty simple. As long as the data is available, you can use filters like from whom, to whom, subject, attachment, and even use advanced settings. It's pretty nice."
"The notifications, scheduling, and meetings are all integrated."
"Zoho Mail is a stable product."
"The solution has more security compared to other products. Zoho Mail comes with TLS and SSL. It has email-sharing features. It is an advanced product."
"We can create email accounts for our customers."

Cons

"With multiple databases for VOIP, chat and web IMAP, maintenance is cumbersome."
"Support should be improved. Most of the time, the queries are not resolved within the SLA."
"Although the documentation is extensive and in depth, you must familiarize yourself with it before taking full advantage of the product."
"I would like to have a trial for mobile applications and more documentation similar to Google Drive with mobile applications."
"It is difficult to disable user rights on the console so some users accidentally delete their documents or user details."
"The exchange compatibility mode is rather limited. Their technical support can also be better. They only provide online support, and there should be some option for escalating."
"The solution should improve the mailing list feature. Google has a similar feature where you can automate sending files to different people in a sequence, but that feature is no longer available in the current version of IceWarp. Other features may also have been removed in the current version."
"Although it is not a tool, video conferencing should be scalable and operate in a professional and efficient way."
"The solution’s stability could be improved."
"The interface isn't quite good. Everything looks a little low-quality."
"Zoho Mail needs to add an IT system management feature."
"The initial setup of Zoho Mail can take some time because we have 30 to 35 users and we need to register each one. This can take one or two days to complete. The process could be better for administrators to register their users. If the setup interface was better in explaining the process it would be helpful to become more user-friendly."
"The solution doesn't need to be improved."
"Zoho Mail needs to improve its integration because direct integration is not possible with many applications."
"We face some challenges in our current architecture with the introduction of data privacy regulations. When you are sending a calendar invite to a group of people for a meeting or an event, there is no structure for privacy. You can't hide all the contacts. Maybe that feature exists, but I don't know where it is."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Our licensing is on a yearly basis. There were no additional costs."
"Pricing and licensing is very competitive and in some cases, cheap."
"The solution is inexpensive which is its main benefit."
"I would rate the pricing and eight out of ten."
"The license is based on the number of users."
"There are various licensing plans available based on geographic zone."
"Costs far less than other solutions."
"Price-wise, it's a cheaper solution, without a doubt. Price is the reason we are still using the tool."
"Zoho One has all 50 applications in it, and Zoho Mail is part of it. Zoho One is about 35 GBP per person per month. It includes Zoho Projects, Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, and everything else."
"The solution is not costly."
"One of the reasons people use Zoho in Nigeria is because we can pay for it in Naira. It's very affordable already. For example, we can get Zoho Mail for somewhere between 1000 naira per user, which is less than one dollar. In my opinion, it's very affordable."
"The solution is more affordable compared to other products. It is cheap."
"If you have ten users, for Google, you'll pay $100. With Zoho Mail, you'll only pay $30 to $40."
"There is no license required to use Zoho Mail."
