Documentation is always an issue. In order to develop with GeneXus, there is very little documentation. The documentation is not clear enough in order to develop a great tool. Straightforward for beginners to learn and provides great front-end features
Everything in GeneXus is easy to set up. There is documentation for everything. There is a Wiki, so you can search for anything and find your answers there. Support is great. You can send them an email, and they'll get back to you within 24 hours. Setup took a maximum of two hours. I would rate the initial setup as eight out of ten.
