A good legacy solution that is reliable and has good support
We haven't done any implementation in the last ten years. That said, we did upgrade it in 2017-16 to the latest version and it was quite okay. It was complex yet not too much. I'd rate it three and a half out of five in terms of ease of setup.

A user friendly solution with good performance but lacks customization
There should be an intuitive end-user interface in JD Edwards World where users can autonomously manage their tasks. For instance, if they wish to design their workflows, they shouldn't rely on the technical team. Similarly, if they aim to launch a product, they shouldn't need technical assistance.
