User-friendly, mature, efficient, and reasonably priced

Automation capabilities help improve efficiency
Some of the features in OpsRamp are a little more visible in terms of a dashboard, but I don't see them with SolarWinds. OpsRamp has its event correlation, but I don't think SolarWinds has it.
