Lacking scalable cloud technology, poor stability, but easy to use
We are replacing ArcSight ESM with Microsoft Sentinel. We wanted to shift to cloud-based, cloud-scalable technology. My advice to others is for them to take a hard look at the total cost of ownership, specifically the maintenance and upkeep that's required to maintain the appropriate service levels.
