Great UI, easy to use, and offers very good dashboards
In terms of providing some admin-related data, the product could be better. We have a number of users using Celonis and sometimes they're not really sure how much of the dashboard to pay attention to. There should be dashboards that are catered more to administrators. If there was a way to educate those users as well, that would be helpful....
