Technical support could be better. Firmware upgrades should be better. We have an issue with upgrading the firmware. It's not upgradable. I think it should be easy to improve and upgrade the firmware. Some of the powerboards could be better. I have about six models or six spots with Model 3550, and all of them have a defect in the powerboards.
