The one area they need to fix is adding the lead source. Despite adding a lead source, I still get reminder emails and find the space empty, only to add it once again. This is becoming irritating. This issue couldn't be resolved despite our IT team trying to fix it. They need better UX or templates to change the mood or the look and feel....
