Easy and quick process map creation but difficult to add comments or annotations...
There is an area of improvement. For example, if I have to put some comments or if I have to, in between, if I have to create some comments in the process map, it is not possible. We have to go by adding annotations or our text messages somewhere, so it doesn't really fit it. So it's, like, if you print a paper and you wanna write something...
