Reliable, simple, and pretty intuitive, but needs better reporting and integration
It is not so good for the most part. It is good for what we needed it for. Occasionally, we needed to be able to scale it up, but it is not as effective as some of the other systems. We have around 30 project managers who are using it. We're all dispersed across the US, and it is being used extensively.
