Scalable with good support, but the user-experience needs to be improved
Overall, this is a good product I totally recommend it. That said, there are some issues with the UX, analytics, and general complexity of it. It is very good from an executive perspective and a very good tool, but from the UX-perspective, it is old-fashioned. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
