I like the mobile app. When compared to Siebel, the Salesforce Platform is easier to use. I really like Salesforce. The user interface is user-friendly. The customization is good, you can set it up and do whatever you wanted with it. You can easily customize it, and automate reports. It's fully functional in my opinion.
