Easy to use and expand with helpful support
I don't see room for improvement; we use a lot of specifics in our version. The only feature that is not available in our current version is web access. We'd like to have mobile access. The solution isn't great for smaller companies since it does cost quite a bit for licensing. The price could be lower.
