Expandable with good integrations and very good reliability
The initial setup is fairly straightforward for me. I've been working on this solution for so long now that it's relatively easy. It's always hard to get the requirements and the customer to articulate their needs, however. From the perspective of configuring the tool, it's not that difficult. I'd rate the ease of setup at a four out of five.
