I can really trust the virtual machine backup
Their licensing model could use some improvement. In the version we're using, they license per core and up to six cores, so you can't use the one for small business anymore. You have to upgrade to the enterprise carry-on, it's a bit ridiculous. I'd like to see more flexible licensing or to be consumed as a service.
