User-friendly and is updated regularly, but the security needs to be improved
If you need servers to be deployed in a production environment then you definitely want to look at a different operating system. From an end-user point of view, I don't see in issues in using Windows. Improvements should be made to security, making it more resistant to hacking and malware.
