We are using this product for Salesforce and JIRA integration. Very limited...
In our case, very limited actions and limited objects are supported. For example, there is no delete action. I have used my custom zap to integrate Salesforce and JIRA. Whenever new case created in Salesforce, new JIRA ticket is created(I have my own JIRA instance). JIRA ticket has description, status etc... fields which we are populating...
