Easy to deploy, simple to use, and very intuitive
I haven't explored all the features. Therefore, it's hard to discuss anything that may be missing. The recording capabilities may not be as good as WebEx, however, I can't be sure about that just yet. I'm not sure if Zoom is also offering hardware the way that WebEx can. If not, it may be something that they should consider.
