Easy to use, maintenance-free, and it's reliable
My advice for anybody who is considering Zoom is the try Microsoft Teams first. If ultimately they need to buy Zoom, however, it's a good product. In summary, this is a good video conferencing solution and although I don't use it much anymore, it worked and did everything that we needed it to. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
