Great user interface, easy to connect to third-party APIs, and offers excellent support
At this point, we have not found any limitations with Vinyl. They seem to stay one step ahead by coming out with new features regularly. These features are typically more technical in nature. When designing the user interface, there are many built-in features; however, Vinyl could use some more extensive design elements that are used in marketing, such as Canva or Web design tools. These would allow for more extensive design elements to be added more easily. As one can expect, no one can know your business better than yourself, so testing and QA are crucial to success. Anything they can do to assist in this area would be a plus.

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing is moderate. It's okay."
"I feel the product’s pricing is a good value. The licensing model is very straightforward. You license the platform and you can build however many solutions you want with it."
"The licensing costs we pay are, I believe about 5,000 a month. That's every quarter. We've been doing it for about a year now, and the prices have remained steady. We feel it's a reasonable cost for what we're getting because it's unlimited users. So as big as you want to make it, you're not constrained by a per-user licensing cost or any of those other restrictions, so that's going to stifle your development."
"It is affordable."
"The key thing here is that the pricing is just one price. We can do as much or as little with the product as we want to which is very attractive. I don't have to worry about if I build a new app, I have to pay more. Or, if I put 20 more people logging into the app, I don't have to pay any extra for that either."
"You always look for the underlying cost, there's always underlying costs but the value is fine. I don't think it should cost any more. You pay for the software but you're also paying for their employees, when they work onsite for you."
"The value for us for VINYL is that we've got one fee that we're paying per year and we can deploy and build as many apps and bring in as many users as we need."
"Pricing and licensing are on par with or better than what we were looking at and what we had. That was also one of the key factors for making the decision. We cut our costs in half by going over to the Zudy platform."
