I use Udemy primarily to learn new skills related to my work.

The platform provides a wide range of courses for personal development. However, the clarity and depth of some courses need improvement, especially for complex topics.

The platform’s ability to find and enroll in courses that match my learning needs is valuable.

Udemy should offer more courses on network troubleshooting and provide easy lectures for everyone to understand, starting from the basics.

I have been using Udemy for about six years.

I rate the stability a six out of ten.

The product is scalable, but there are some issues regarding the depth of content for specialized topics.

The courses can be expensive. I usually wait for discounts on special occasions to purchase them.

The platform is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate.

I recommend it for learning new skills. I rate it a six out of ten.

The tool's most valuable feature is the self-paced approach. It also has practice questions, which help with some of my work. The participation features are very useful as well. 

Udemy Business' UI features are fine. Its administration is easy. You can add and remove groups. It helps to monitor usage. 

It would be helpful if Udemy Business used more video recordings in the training and incorporated virtual training sessions to connect trainees.

The only thing is that if the courses have labs, they should include the software you can use to practice. That can be challenging.

I rate the tool's stability a nine out of ten. 

The tool is scalable. I used to buy bulk licenses, but you can downsize them when you don't need them anymore. Flexibility in scalability is important. For example, if you buy bulk training and don't want to use all of it, I'm not sure they allow downsizing. My company has ten users. 

I haven't contacted the tool's support. 

Udemy Business' pricing is moderate. 

I rate the tool an eight out of ten. It's a good tool for introducing yourself to a particular technology.
