My experience includes more than 16 Years + working as a Sr. network consultant at premier systems, system integrator (Partner with Juniper/Fortinet/H3C and HP) I have implemented several projects for service providers and solution designing based on customer requirements and meeting RFP compliance. I have the experience and ability to perform assessments to determine the needs of the clients and then to offer suggestions that will enhance their overall performance.
My experience also consists of Solution design, leading projects and providing level 3 support to customer on deployed solutions and SLA, I could troubleshoot to find the source of the problem and then implement a suitable solution to get the user back up and running in a fast and efficient manner.
My personal expertise includes strong analytical skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail, in addition to excellent multi-tasking skills needed to meet tight deadlines and the ability to solve complex problems.
