About me

André Horak is an established speaker, consultant and thought leader on Social Business, Social Collaboration and Enterprise Social Networking. He is also an IBM Champion for Social Business - a program which recognises and rewards innovative thought leaders in the IBM community.

André has been part of the IBM ecosystem for more than 18 years, focusing primarily on designing and delivering collaborative solutions to dozens of customers in South Africa and the rest of Africa. Between 2012 and 2015, André was employed by IBM South Africa as Sales Lead for IBM’s Collaboration Solutions which included the industry leading IBM Connections and IBM Digital Experience platforms.

His vast experience in delivering collaborative solutions across various industries and lines of business has uniquely positioned André to help customers understand how Social Collaboration tools can be applied and integrated with existing systems and processes to drive business results.

In his current role at i1 Solutions (a Premier IBM Business Partner), André assists South African companies to become leading Social Businesses by helping them achieve successful implementation and adoption of their Enterprise Social Networking tools, while integrating Social Collaboration and Exceptional Digital Experiences with existing business processes and enterprise applications.
