We use Comodo AEP for default deny architecture, it's auto containment technology and patch management.

Comodo's pricing is pretty good and we currently have roughly 200 licenses.

Comodo's default deny technology, their auto containment feature is awesome it puts all unknown files in a virtualized environment until a good or bad verdict is achieved. Comodo's AEP also offers 7 layers of protection and it is lightweight.

I’m not familiar with Trend Micro but with BDGZ. BDGZ is in the top 3 in my opinion. It has a full security suite, great detection and can be configured for default-deny. The only downside for me is that it is a resource hog.

I’m not sure but if you are using Sophos Intercept X I would suggest just adding the Sophos EDR component.
