About me

Aymen Fhoula is a Senior Network & Security Engineer residing in Tunis, Tunisia. He was born on March 2, 1984. He obtained a National Diploma of Telecommunications Engineering from the National School of Engineers of Tunis in 2008, after completing preparatory studies at the El Manar Institute of Preparatory Studies for Engineering Studies (IPEIEM) from 2003 to 2005, and a Technical Baccalaureate Diploma from the Bardo High School in June 2003. In 2010, he pursued his studies and obtained a Master of Research in communication systems from the SYSCOM Lab of ENIT.

He has held several positions since 2009, including as an ADSL Engineer at ZTE CORPORATION Tunisia from February to March 2009, and as a Technical Support for Telecom Networks at ZTE CORPORATION Tunisia from 2009 to 2014, where he worked on several transmission projects such as the maintenance of SDH/CWDM/DWDM transmission, preparation of acceptance documents for new sites, and technical support for subcontractors and the operator during project execution.

From January 2015 to December 2015, he worked at HAYATCOM Tunisia as a consultant in Technical Support for Telecom Networks. From January 2016 to November 2017, he worked at S2T as an IT Networks, Security and Telecoms Administrator, where he managed network incidents and supervised level 2 support to Network technicians.

Since November 2017 until today, he has been working at BH BANK as an IT Networks, Security and Telecoms Administrator. In this role, he manages network incidents, supervises level 2 support to Network technicians, writes documentation and technical specifications for equipment acquisition, and administers, configures and implements Cisco and Extreme Networks (LAN & WAN) network equipment at the headquarters and branches. He also administers Fortinet and Cisco security equipment (Firewall, WAF, ESA, Log Analyzer, Equipment Management Centralizer), is the DHCP server administrator, Wifi WLC Controller administrator, and developed the study and management of the bank's LAN and WAN network redesign project. Additionally, he administered, configured and implemented the DATA CENTER switch (Nexus 9k & Fex), and monitored the installation of FO and FH links with Telecom operators. Finally, he is the administrator of the Cisco SD Access and ISE solution.

Aymen Fhoula is interested in applying his experiences gained in new fields, being responsible for the implementation of new activities in the field of ICT, and acquiring new experiences to broaden his range of engineering career opportunities.
