As a VI Programmer my main responsibility is to organize and execute time-critical applications using Quadient Inspire, turning (often times very rough) customer input into clean, clear and concise imaging output. I am a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who always exceeds both internal and customer expectations in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.

• Ability to handle complex variable data projects / dynamic versioning
• Works well in a team environment, coordinating with other teammates to move work through the department as accurately and efficiently as possible, while meeting our customers’ demanding delivery dates
• An eye for opportunities to automate processes, increasing overall productivity of the department
• Excellent communication with both internal and external customers
• A high level of problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task on projects according to a designated priority order

• Ability to provide leadership/direction to less experienced programmers
• Very strong knowledge of MS Excel (including automation through macros and VBA)
• Application development to streamline and automate processes using MS Visual Studio
• 10+ years’ experience setting up and maintaining Inkjet imaging systems
• 14+ years’ programming experience in the direct mail industry
