Easy to configure., no need for patches like Microsoft and less dependencies over related infrastructures.

OS and storage compatibility, scalability ease of use obiviously. But one must also consider the subsequent backup technology associated with it because virtual environments are very easy to use, but yet very hard to manage.

There are more features on the web based panel than in exe mode. One should first check the web panel to find the feature.
