I have been testing professionally for over 10 years; both with manual exploratory techniques and with the assistance of automation tools. As a member of the Context Driven school of testing, I will use which ever tools and/or techniques the testing mission requires.

That said, when it comes to web automation I am most familiar with Selenium where I am a member of the development team with commit access. I also recently signed a book contract to write a book on Selenium.

My first book, 'Beautiful Testing' came out Fall of 2009 by O'Reilly Media.

I have also spoken at a number of major testing (CAST 2008) and software (Agile 2009) conferences with a couple more planned for this year (STAR East).
