@ChaelChristopher i think still it means the singular. If he wanted to mean plural, the question would be "what are your most important criteria.. "
Off course there are a lot of criteria to when you are researhing a BI tool. But every role can have different priorities.…

I wonder why most of people answered with writing more than one criteria and some of them have shared long lists. Is not it clear : "What is your most important criteria" ? It means you should say your MOST important criteria which has to be only one, Otherwise the question…
