Answered a question: ServiceNow vs. ManageEngine
I have used both Service Now and Manage Engine. From a 30,000 ft perspective
1. Service Now is a much more enterprise solution than Manage Engine and it comes with a larger price tag as well.
2. Service Now is a cloud solution vs Manage Engine is local
3. Service Now…

Contributed a review of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus: I use it in a Fortune 1000 company to show physical topologies of software to hardware relationships. It helps eliminate confusion of what hardware/software/users are impacted in DR or maintenance.

Infrastructure as a Service Clouds (IaaS)
About me
Have been employed and working in the IT field and providing customers technical support for over 14 years and have been working with computers personally for over 25 years. I have worked with generations worth of different hardware, software applications and operating systems.
I was lucky to be part of the early computing days of the 8088 Intel processor. Since then I have seen technology continue to accelerate and as things continue to change. I have now realized, I never grow old of it.
I enjoy how technology has changed our world. I love learning about it and then providing that service to people that can benefit from it.
Today I consult for various companies from small business to fortune 1000. I provide infrastructure/application solutions that meet the demanding needs of my clients.
