Given they have just been bought out by Sophos and you are having difficulty getting in touch with them, I would look at a Sophos UTM instead. Ability to get in touch with support is key, and Sophos already have a UTM product so the cyberoam units are probably not long for…

Commented on Sophos UTM helps us to control incoming and outgoing network traffic. Not a highly available and scalable product.
The Sophos UTMs are highly available you just need 2 or more. You can also have them in active active or active passive mode
