Integration with other tools, flexibility and adaptability to various conditions, maintainability and few other -ility. The first thing is to be aware about your needs and expectations - then check if evaluated tool meets the criteria.

About me
Dedicated Test Professional with vast experience in web, mobile and Windows applications testing, also involved in projects from the automotive field. Familiar with several programming languages (C, C++, Python), has practical knowledge of databases including T-SQL and data generators; also worked with a number of management tools (JIRA, TFS, SpiraTest, TestLink). Participated in projects which included various testing aspects: usability (Jakob Nielsen approach), accessibility (WCAG, Section 508), stress tests (Jmeter) and automation (Rapise, Selenium IDE).
Heavily involved in deploying Agile processes into formerly Waterfall environment. Acted as Team Lead while establishing standards and good practices, deployed test management processes into the newly created Test Team. Has experience in work within distributed teams. Certified with ISTQB Advanced Level - Test Analyst.
