Contributed a review of OpenText UFT One: A lot of our projects are repeatable, so using it with ALM, we can learn from the previous projects and determine which changes need to made for subsequent ones.

Contributed a review of OpenText ALM / Quality Center: When it records a test, it will produce analyses to do cross-project reporting. This becomes a large repository of data and information that's valuable for us to make necessary improvements.
