About me
Areas of my experience and expertise include: At least 7 years I lead/conducted and coordinated/supervising IT&C enterprise government projects and distributed environments–specially oriented infrastructure in defense and national security.Advanced broad knowledge of all main IT infrastructure components in a military complex environment (including networking fundamentals, open vision over the C4I systems and general knowledge about complementary standards, frameworks and best common practice such as COBIT v.4.1 , ITIL v.3 PRINCE 2, AGILE-SCRUM).
The last project where I had worked was in conjuction with European Union decision for joining and adherate the Romanian state to a Schengen Area in this year. The goal of this project founded through Schengen facilities is the implementation of the National System SISII generation (N.SIS II) component in Romania - national copy of SIS II master database and providing connectivity, integration and interoperability to the Strasbourg central system C.SIS that ensure exchange data between Member States of the EU and other national/UE ICT Units.The Schengen information Systems on-line system allow the collection, processing, transferring, storage and consultation in real time of the necessary information for ensuring a proper border management;
