Sorry to say but you serious have to review this post! There is features and pros that only Hyper-V does that no other hypervisor does and you don't even mention! This post should be totally rewritten because it's not even close to say that it's complete!

But you have all of these features in Hyper-V (like HA, Clustering, Live Migration and others) for free! If you use ESXi you don't have! You have to go to the pay version to get those features!

Hi Henry,
In my opinion is way better. Basically you can have all the features of a desktop without a need of RDP connection, only through the Hyper-V Management console.
