About me

A triple Master graduate of Information Management (Tilburg University, NL), Service Engineering (University of Crete, GR), and Information Technology (University of Stuttgart, DE).

I'm passionate about business technology, and the alignment of business and IT functions of the enterprise. I truly believe Business Process Management, as an approach to tackle business-IT alignment, is a value generator for enterprises. This is because of the wide capabilities BPM offers for streamlining a business unit on one hand, with a magnitude of its actors, resources, complexities and specifics on the other.

On an enterprise scale, adopting BPM thinking and automation is a solid basis for providing customer-centric services, and results in dramatic increases in effectiveness and efficiency. At the same time business process analytics offer an enterprise detailed and comprehensive insight about operations, this insight is a key enabler of effective planning and continuous improvement.
