Managing all areas of a product is critical to success with the client base.  If the UI is robust, but the backend is limited, then time needs to be spent on improvements for that area.

@PhilippeLLORET, All worked out fine in the end. We had demos for all three products, and it was decided that Automic Workload Manager was the best option for our needs. The vendor is now able to provide some support for the Automic Workload Automation product.

I can see where it would be beneficial for some, but if they have the automation tool, I think it would best for them to receive some training on how to do it themselves. "give a man a fish you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"

Ian, It isn't that AWA wont work. It comes down to support from another vendor. The vendor isn't currently familiar with AWA, so they are taking classes, and will be able to support it in the future
