I'm an Automation Architect, part of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, where I play a crucial role in the SRE team’s efforts to deliver secure, highly available, and compliant experiences to customers. I work to continuously improve IT processes, modernize the platform, enhance observability, and automate manual tasks to reduce workload for the team and improve the ecosystem availability for one of the largest ecommerce sites of the world.

I have over 20 years IT experience with prior roles as a developer, supporting IT applications and technical leading various IT teams.

I have been awarded three patents and I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) College in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
