I have 9+ years of experience in IT industry working in diversified environments from development of web applications to customization and integration of IT Service Management Tools. For most part of my career I have worked on design, development, enhancement, maintenance, administration of Client-Server, and Web based applications using Microsoft ASP.Net/C#, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and other related technologies. I am a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for ASP.NET Application Development with .NET Framework 3.5.

In the recent years I have also worked on an IT Service Management tool called BMC Remedy with primary proficiency in integrating BMC Remedy with various third party tools using Web Services and making necessary enhancements and customizations to the tool. I am also an ITIL V3 certified professional having a good knowledge on ITIL processes / framework.

I have good amount of experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle including Requirements gathering, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment and excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues that arise within the application.
