Sunil Nair is an experienced IT Technocrat, currently working as Director of Information Technology with Al Falah University, Dubai, UAE. He has working experience of more than 18 Years in IT. Sunil has worked with diversified businesses, including Education Sector, Construction/Engineering, Loyalty firms, Retail giants, and Internet service providers, to name a few. He specializes in setting up secure IT infrastructure both from systems and networking points. He is in IT sector since the early 90s and started a career as a data entry operator and IT Trainer. He learned most of his organizational and troubleshooting skills through interaction and the service standards set by the organizations. In the latter part of his career, He worked up the career ladder, from doing small routine networking tasks to managing systems and IT departments. He is certified with many IT Certifications like CEH V11, CISM, RHCSA, RHCE, MCSA, MCSE, and CCNA. He is Adroit in Vendor management and Negotiations and is good at IT Purchase Negotiation. He is also good at hiring IT Talents, mentoring, and guiding team members to deliver projects efficiently on time & within cost parameters.

Sunil Nair has a proven ability to cut costs by bringing in Open-source technologies and building solutions as per the requirement of an organization. He has successfully integrated IT processes into a Hybrid environment which includes cross-platform solutions over Linux, Microsoft, Microsoft Azure services, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite solutions to name a few. He has introduced SAML-based authentication amongst deployed solutions for SSO (single sign-on).
