"With PurePath, I am able to find the root cause of the error or bug existing in our system."
"Dynatrace is stable."
"It was delivered when we wanted it and has performed exceptionally well."
"It is an amazing tool for application root cause analysis and business function analytics"
"The UEM feature, User Experience Management: Understanding how users are perceiving the application and then connecting that back into back-end systems to understand why things have gotten slow and then dealing with things."
"The dashboard gives us something to show managers and our business where the problems are. That's really been eye-opening for them. They can see, yes, this tool has been a good investment. They can see where the problems are and how we can take advantage of it for making those necessary corrections."
"The most valuable features are monitoring and reporting."
"Once you set the threshold on your environment, it feels very real-time"

"I think Dynatrace needs improvements with respect to reporting; not just performance, but the business-level reports."
"We have multiple tenants. If you have them up at the same time, you can't see in the UI which tenant you're in. It doesn't tell you."
"Some of the analytics that you get in, e.g., a waterfall analysis of a web page could be clearer. A lot of that is not directly attributable to Dynatrace. Sometimes a vendor will implement a tag or JavaScript plugin that's named something entirely different than what it does. This makes it difficult to track that from the waterfall list, figure out where exactly that component is, and dig more into what it's doing. Dynatrace could probably improve a bit on that waterfall layout to make it clearer as to what exactly is there. It does a wonderful job of telling you what loads and when, but it could be improved in terms of telling me what exactly it is loading."
"Log analytics in the classic synthetic and RUM tools would be a great addition."
"It is always requiring us to update the Dynatrace client."
"Getting the EM data, we have to open a browser. Generally, one of the asks from our clients or our engineering team is to change this."
"I would like to see the ability to pull more user-friendly reports."
"End-to-end monitoring could use more default dashboards."
"I would like to see better integration with other products."
"Some of the functions could improve by making them easier."
"Pingdom is always improving everything in its product. So, they should work on the GUI."
"Technical support could use some improvement."
