"I would say the ease of use is the most valuable feature. It's very easy to set up and get up and running."
"It can analyze the traffic that it is picking up from what may be a rogue access point, and it is able to identify those and send relevant notifications."
"Meraki Dashboard does not require a lot of maintenance. Cisco tells communicates through the Meraki Dashboard web client, it will automatically send updates to the equipment. They will send you an email on what day the updates will take place. If you want to proceed, you can click on accept, or you can decline them and schedule the updates at another time."
"The ability of the product to perform with simplicity of deployment make it a valuable solution."
"It's really user-friendly."
"What I love most about the Meraki Dashboard are its user-friendly features."

"The most valuable features in Zabbix are those that help us overcome bottlenecks in CPU usage, as well as reduce memory delay. I know that we have only reached the tip of the iceberg of what Zabbix's features can do for us, and we have not used all of them yet."
"The initial setup, while not simple, is easier than other products."
"We value the auto-host discovery, template import, bulk import/export features. Newer versions also add nice features, such as multi-IP per host."
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."
"There are some issues with the NAT configuration, it is now impossible to some operations with the solution."
"There is a bit of a problem when you try to log in and you don't have a fixed IP address. If you're granting access, you need to log in by using the IP address. If your administrator's IP address is not a fixed IP address and it has changed, you might need to update the changed IP address in the interface. For this, you need to log in to the interface to update the IP address. This issue might not have so much to do with Meraki interface."
"For my purposes, I don't need to see any other features added to the Meraki Dashboard. I have no criticisms and I do like the tool. If I had a criticism for it, it would be about the pricing because it could be a little less, but again, for the service that you get, I won't complain about that too much."
"The MDM, however, is bad. We're using another MDM now because Meraki was so bad."
"It is not appropriate for large, enterprise businesses."
"Not a lot of training is available."
"There needs to be more improvement on the device-connected interface."
"More integration would be an improvement."
"Zabbix could improve when it comes to large-scale use cases. Additionally, the inventory could be better when connecting to other solutions, such as ServiceNow. There show to be better integration with other platforms and storage."
"The user interface could be a bit better. They could update it a bit."
"The networking monitor is not too easy to work with."
"Zabbix is powerful, but it is difficult to understand initially. There are many things that can be improved, but we might not be using Zabbix to its fullest extent. The software has more features than we need."
"The main problem with Zabbix is that you have to spend time writing templates for all of the products that you have."
"We had some scalability issues with a large number of nodes."
"They should open an SSH session from the web interface."
"An area for improvement would be the ease of doing aggregation from the value or different devices."
