What is most valuable?
The monitoring is very good.
It's one of the easiest products. It's very simple to use.
The solution centralizes logs well. It makes management easy.
Overall, it is a very good solution. However, our clients decided to use a different solution.
What needs improvement?
It may not be as easy to use as Splunk.
I'm not sure if there is enough integration. I'm not sure what other product may join with it.

I've also used Splunk. It is a very good tool. Both are very nice tools; however, clients decide which to use. They found Splunk easier.
