I use it for model-based system engineering. We are customers of No Magic and I'm the principal system engineer.

What is most valuable?

The product offers good standards compliance and it's user-friendly.

What needs improvement?

The technical support is not very good and hasn't been since the company was bought out. It's difficult to raise a ticket, and they don't always respond.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using this solution for 10 years.

"It's very focused on specific modern languages and it doesn't do necessarily general systems software engineering with diagrams. They should expand the diagram types for the languages."

Stability and scalability are both good. Our clients are mainly enterprise size.

How are customer service and technical support?

Their technical support is good.

How was the initial setup?

I ran it on a Mac and it was very straightforward.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise someone considering this solution to do a proof of concept. Ensure that your engineers have the training, not just in the tool, but also in the languages they're going to use.

I would rate it an eight out of ten.
