Alin, have you looked at SEP Sesam? It has hooks into the Xenserver host and is able to back up the guests natively without agents (as long as it's running on the host). Check out www.sepusa.com

About me
I have a strong background in Suse Linux Enterprise Server implementation, including Novell Open Enterprise Server. My recent projects have included SLE High Availability, Xen virtualization, HA SAN deployment and Disaster Recovery site to site replication. I am a proponent of delivering Enterprise class solutions at a better than competitive cost. I have also successfully migrated legacy NetWare environments to OES 11 at a fraction of the cost to migrate to an equivalent MS environment.
