The standard GMail interface can be a little bit annoying. The newest Google mail solution "Inbox" is very nice and includes the threading capabilities everyone has complaints about
I believe Google Apps for Business includes SO much more than email though!

About me
I am an IT Consultant, IT Service and Support Technical Specialist, and PC Support Desk Technician through my own small business, Hi-Tech USA Computer Sales and Service. I started Hi-Tech USA in 2008 after parting ways with R.J. Young Co. I was out of work and started a small property management business. The timing was perfect because I helped Real Estate Agent's and Firm's maintain foreclosed properties, and the Real Estate Market started to spiral downward very fast! Due to financial obligations I was forced to put that on hold while I found a full time job! I worked with a small Computer and Printer service company for a few months but decided to start my own IT Support venture! So that is when Hi-Tech USA was established.
