I’m the inside sales professional working in an IT company in Noida. In this role I am handling company’s B2B inside sales efforts, overseeing a team, cold calling, lead generation, product demos and transferring leads to Sales team in US for closure. My most exciting work to date was telco’s campaign and winning business from one of the major telecom giant in US. Not only did we have fun creating that campaign, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.

Before joining Xavient, I worked for two other companies Sutherland Global in Mumbai and HCL in Noida -was lucky enough to work with amazing clients such as Microsoft, Dell and British Telecom.

I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other Sales Professionals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a prospecting is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business problems. As we go through that collective process, the ideas start to flow and that’s how we generate solution.

I believe that one cannot be successful on it’s own, it’s always team effort. You have to give credit to not only the one who closed the deal but also to that guy who found the email id of prospect.

I have Computer Engineering degree from Pune University But somehow coding wasn’t my cup of tea. Don't know but somehow i always knew i will end up doing sales or marketing.
