PoE capacity to port ratio comes first. And of course the uplink bandwidth capacity. I don't look at anything other than Cisco. They are #1 for a reason, and it is my personal experience that I can place a Cisco switch, configure it, and forget it. They just work.

I’m a seasoned IT professional with 15+ years working in IT. I specialize in Cisco voice and data networking. My primary focus is Unified Communications, however I’m also experienced in routing, switching, WiFi and network security. My skill set includes but is not limited to the following:
