Hi Andrew,
On the Help Desk drop down you have vendor tickets, purchase need etc, we don't require them so it would be nice to have the ability to remove them.

Commented on Great service desk with a strong community of users, but its monitoring tools could be better.
I agree with the comment about having to stop the network scans due to it slowing down the helpdesk side.
However since the recent update this seems to happen a lot less.

About me
After completing a 22 year technical career in the British Army, I am fortunate to now be in a position to continue my interest in computers with The Godolphin School, where I enjoy the role of ICT Support Technician.
As a self motivated team player, I have learnt, implemented and now manage the Spiceworks ticketing system to keep a track on network incidents, track problems and identify areas for improvement; producing management reports to support my team and direct external resources.
I continue to gain experience maintaining network devices and I am currently developing a self help toolkit to enable network users to complete basic diagnostics before submitting tickets.
