Answered a question: Will Remedy v9.5 and BMC Innovation Suite find more takers in Small/Medium organizations?
Even before Remedy 9.5 - It was also quite open for custom development. But from 9.5 version its completely java based and Development GUI is more friendly. In 9.5 for Custom Development it will use more of Java Script, and Angular Java Script.

Contributed a review of BMC Helix ITSM: CMDB & Asset management is very helpful in locating an asset. The SRM module is still pretty complex.
